Production & Dispatch Schedule

All our products are made to order, especially for you. Please allow 2–5 business working days for dispatch.

Delivery times are additional to the production and dispatch time and may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery service. We recommend ordering in advance to ensure your items arrive in time for your special occasion.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

As our products are made to order and personalised especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect personalisation details supplied by the customer.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue at shop@starlighteventshop.com. We’ll be happy to investigate the matter and arrange an appropriate solution, including a replacement where applicable.

Personalisation Correction Window

Please double-check all names, spellings, dates and other personalisation details before submitting your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make any necessary changes, provided production has not started.
